At MIFOinc.ai, we work collaboratively with you to ensure success. While we handle most of the heavy lifting, you, our client, play a key role in validating the process to ensure it aligns perfectly with your practice.

Discovery and Consulting (1-2 days)
We start by deeply understanding your current processes. This thorough analysis allows us to train the AI to match your practice’s unique needs, ensuring faster, better, and more cost-effective results.
Design & Implementation
Our goal is to develop a Viable Product (VP) that can be rolled out to up to 10% of your patient population over 6 to 8 weeks. After testing, iterating, and validating (TIV), we gradually scale the solution to the rest of your patient base. The scaling schedule is flexible and can be adjusted based on your comfort level or desired pace.
Validation & Feedback (2-3 hours)
Your input is crucial to ensure the solution aligns perfectly with your practice. We’ll work with you to confirm our understanding and make any necessary adjustments.
Installation & Testing
Installation is straightforward and won’t disrupt your current operations. Your PBX vendor will add a new option to your phone system, directing calls to a new extension we’ll provide. Simply update your greeting to include this option.
Feedback and Adjustments
This essential step involves your team to ensure the system is finely tuned to meet your practice’s needs.

Urgent/Standby Appointments:
During Discovery and Consulting, we’ll work with your medical professionals to establish the rules for what constitutes an urgent visit. These guidelines will direct the AI in scheduling these critical appointments.

Labs & Radiology Module:
Handling lab and radiology results requires clear protocols. In most offices, negative results can be communicated by any staff member, while positive results are divided into non-critical and critical categories. Non-critical positive results can be managed through Televisits, whereas critical results require in-person appointments. We’ll set up these guidelines during the Discovery and Consulting phase.

Forms Module:
Each medical office has a variety of forms that need to be managed efficiently. You’ll provide us with all the necessary forms, along with detailed explanations of each field and the required information. During Discovery and Consulting, we’ll establish the rules to automate this process effectively.
API INTEGRATION WITH YOUR EMR
For practices using an EMR with an open API, we can seamlessly integrate and directly sync appointments into your EMR’s scheduling system. This ensures a smooth and efficient flow of information. If your EMR does not have an open API, the practice may need to pay for access, which can add time and cost for integration. Once completed, appointments will be directly entered into the EMR’s system, ensuring continuity and efficiency.

The investment includes a one-time fee for the initial setup and a nominal maintenance fee to ensure ongoing support and updates.
